NetChain Customers can change their password for FTP servers. Please be advised that passwords are case sensitive, and we recommend to use at least 6 characters. Just fill in the form and press the button. Your password will change immediately. Please be advised, that if you made a mistake with your old password, you will have only 3 attempts total. Then you will be blocked for 15 minutes.
