Most people think that in order to get online you need to install some sort of program - that's not true!. Well, it is a case if you are
using AOL or MSN or NetZero or some other similar providers. They require you to install their programs to get online, but we
don't.
We don't enforce on using any proprietary applications of any kind, for any of our services. To get online through our networks all you really need
is a computer with Microsoft Windows or Linux or any Apple computers. Practically any computer without any special programs can get online using our
services.
What you really need is the only 3 pieces of information to get online:
- Login name - your user name for an existing account
- Password - a valid password associated with your login name
- Telephone number - a dialup access telephone number, that your computer will dial
With these 3 pieces of information in mind you can access The Internet from any computer, lap-top, palm-top, PDA and even cell-phone.

Otherwise, we suppose you already have you login name and you know your password. In that case, you need to know the format of login names, that we using throughout our networks.
Below you will find a various login names that you need to know depends on the service you are trying to use.
Getting Online
For dialing the internet you need to use the following formats:

Please note, that login names and passwords are case-sensitive and usually written in lower case.
Configuring E-mail Program
To configure your E-mail program you need to know the following 4 pieces of information:
