NetChain Communications is a service provider. No shipping policy applicable for all of our services, such as Internet access dialup accounts, web site hosting, domain name registrations, software development, web site design, etc.

Some software developed by NetChain Communications, publicly available for sale or developed for private use, can be downloaded from our web site, before or after the sale is complete. We do not ship any of our software. It is the customer's responsibility to download purchased software and save on the media of their choice.
